This is my answer when I get this question form one of my new partner on my team long time ago. Before I assign a job to my partner, I always looking majorities on them, then I select them as the right person(s) to do the job based on their specialties. This step will reduce the risk of job failures probability. After that, I will explain all they need to do to complete the job. After they understand, then it’s time to “EXECUTION”, and the result is “MISSION COMPLETED”.

Hahahahaha….yes, that’s what we call as adaptation. People adapt through surprises and frustrations, instead of easy and comfortable situation. The love for our jobs is tested through harsh times, not just good times!
