Not everything must have a good reasoning. I feel, more and more, less things need to be explain by reason. There becoming more of those who find meaning in what they are feeling, and less on understanding.
Does it matter to decide based on what we understand? It still does.
But it is not so much of a popular behaviour in the market, so to say. Obviously, to win in business is really about to understand the market – how they think, feel and act. Actually, in almost anything, we need to understand and be connected to their way of living.
In a way, we have to emphatically connected with our consumer, becoming one with them, and feel their urges. Those urges, no matter we can logically comprehend them or not – makes us know what they want.
